A Letter From The Future

I live in 2050. I'm 50 years old now, but looks like 85 years. I experienced many health problems, especially kidney problems because I drink very little water.
I think I will not live longer. Now, I am the oldest person among my neighborhood in my community, I remember, when aged 5 years are all very different, there are still many trees in the forest and greenery around, every home has a beautiful yard and garden, and I could enjoy as much water and bathing.

Now, we must clean ourselves by using disposable towels dampened with mineral oil.
Previously, beautiful hair is the pride of all women, now we have to shave his head to clean without using water. First, my father washed his car by spraying water directly from the faucet plumbing. Now, kids do not believe that once the water can be used for anything. I still remember the many warnings that say: DO NOT WASTE-WATER. But nobody paid attention. People assumed that water will never run out because an unlimited supply.

Now, rivers, lakes, dams and groundwater have all been polluted or completely dried. Scenery around there was only deserts are barren. Gastrointestinal infections, skin and urinary tract disease is now the number one cause of death. Industry is paralyzed, the jobless rate reached a very dramatic. Workers are paid only with a glass of drinking water per day. Many people loot the water in quiet areas. 80% of the food is synthetic. Previously, the recommendation to maintain health is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Now, I can only drink half a glass of water a day. Since water was scarce, we do not wash clothes, used clothing immediately removed, which increases the amount of garbage.

Humans look pathetic in our era, the body is very weak, cracked skin from dehydration, there is a lot covered by sores caused by ultraviolet rays due to atmospheric ozone layer is depleted. Because dry skin, 20-year-old woman looks like a 40-year-old. The scientists have conducted various investigations and studies, but did not find a way out. Humans can not produce water. The small number of trees and green plants make oxygen availability is reduced, which in turn lowers the intellectual quotient of future generations.

Morphology of human experience changes that produce / give birth to children with various problems deficiencies, mutations and malformations. The government even makes tax the air we breathe: 137 m3 per person per day. [31,102 gallons] for anyone who can not pay, will be excluded from the ZONE VENTILATION that are equipped with gigantic mechanical lungs that supplies solar-powered oxygen. The air vents are available in the region is not of very good, but at least provide oxygen for breathing. The life expectancy of the average human is 35 years old.

Some countries still have a vegetated island has its own water source. This area is guarded by armed troops. Water had been incredibly rare and valuable, than gold or jewels. At my place there are no more trees because it hardly ever rains. Even if it rains, it is acid rain. No longer recognized the existence of the season. Climatic changes occurred in the 20th century due to greenhouse effects and pollution.

We were warned that it is very important to preserve nature, but no one cares. When my daughter asked how it was when I was young, I describe the beauty of the forests are still green. I tell her how beautiful the rain, flowers, bathe, fishing in the river, and could drink as much water as we want. I tell you how healthy humans at that time. He asked: 'Dad! Why is there no water anymore? ' I feel like there is a clog my throat ... I can not help feeling guilty, because I come from a generation that destroys nature by not taking seriously the warnings of nature (and many others as well). I come from a generation who could change the situation, but no one who did it. Now, my offspring who must accept the consequences. Frankly, with this situation in life

Earth will soon be extinct, due to the destruction of our environment reached its end point. I wish I could go back in time and convince mankind to understand what will happen. (At the time it was still possible and the time for us to do something to save planet Earth)....
